ABC Sales AI engages a number of trusted subprocessors to deliver the Services. This page lists the subprocessors that may process personal data on our behalf, the purpose of the processing, and the regions involved. This page should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.

A. Core Infrastructure

Always used to operate the Platform.

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) - cloud hosting, compute, storage, and networking. Processes account data, Client Data, media, and technical/usage data. Region: Singapore (ap-southeast-1).
  • Stripe - payment processing and billing. Processes billing contact and payment information. Region: global (Stripe Inc., USA).
  • Sentry - error monitoring and performance telemetry. Processes technical error data, request metadata, and limited diagnostic context. Region: USA / EU.

B. AI / Model Providers

Which providers process a given customer's data depends on the features enabled and the model and voice selected for that account. Client Data sent for inference is encrypted in transit and is not used to train provider models. Providers may retain a request and its response for a limited period under their own retention policies, including where this is needed to maintain conversation continuity across turns.

  • Alibaba Cloud (Model Studio / DashScope) - the default provider for AI Manager responses, data extraction and speech-to-text, and one of the selectable text-to-speech voices. Processed in the Singapore region (ap-southeast-1). Requests are never sent to Alibaba Cloud's mainland China endpoints.
  • OpenAI - large language model inference, embeddings, transcription. Also the automatic fallback when the default provider is unavailable. Region: USA.
  • Anthropic - large language model inference. Region: USA.
  • Google (Gemini API) - analysis of customer-supplied media (images, audio, video and PDF documents) shared in conversations, used only where the media analysis feature is enabled. Files are uploaded to Google for processing, deleted once the analysis completes, and expire within 48 hours. Region: global.
  • ElevenLabs - voice generation and voice cloning. The default text-to-speech provider. Region: USA / EU.
  • MiniMax - text-to-speech voice synthesis, used only for accounts that select a MiniMax voice. Processed via MiniMax's international platform (api.minimax.io); requests are never sent to MiniMax's mainland China endpoint.
  • Bland.ai - voice agent / telephony AI. Region: USA.
  • Firecrawl - web crawling and content extraction for knowledge ingestion. Region: USA.

C. Messaging Channels

Used only when enabled by the customer.

  • Meta (WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram) - message delivery, channel APIs, business profile management. Region: global.
  • Twilio - SMS, voice, and messaging APIs. Region: global (Twilio Inc., USA).
  • Telegram - messaging delivery via Telegram Bot API. Region: global.
  • LINE - messaging delivery via LINE Messaging API. Region: Japan / Asia.

D. Push & Email

  • Amazon SES (AWS Simple Email Service) - transactional and notification email delivery. Region: Singapore / global AWS edge.
  • Apple Push Notification service (APNs) - mobile push notifications to iOS devices. Region: global.
  • Firebase / Expo - mobile push notifications and related delivery infrastructure. Region: global.

E. Optional Integrations

Activated only when connected by the customer. These providers act under the customer's control.

  • Google - calendar, sheets, drive, and related Google Workspace integrations.
  • Zoom - webinar and meeting integration: registration, attendance, chat, and recording data retrieved from the customer's connected Zoom account (see Section 7 of the Privacy Policy).
  • Microsoft - Outlook calendar, Microsoft 365 and related integrations.
  • HubSpot - CRM integration.
  • Notion - workspace and knowledge base integration.
  • Bukku - accounting / invoicing integration.

Notes

  • Subprocessors may be updated from time to time.
  • We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where required.
  • All subprocessors are subject to contractual obligations to protect personal data.
