New UI, Knowledge Base Upgrade, Auto Top-Up Billing & More.

Six features. One UI revamp. One name change. And the plumbing that quietly makes everything else work better.

Our biggest release yet. We rebuilt the UI from the ground up, upgraded how your AI learns from documents, and added the kind of plumbing that quietly makes everything else work better - automatic credit top-ups, accurate Meta ad attribution, and safety switches for testing.

The headline is New UI (Web + Mobile). The product looks and feels different - calmer, faster, easier on your eyes after a 4-hour stretch in the inbox. We also retired the name "AI Agent". From today it's AI Employee, because that's what it actually is - a teammate that works your inbox while you sleep.

Behind the UI, the Knowledge Base got a serious upgrade. Upload PDFs, images, or messy long-form documents - the new ingestion pipeline chunks content intelligently so your AI Employee answers from your real reference material, not its general-knowledge guesses.

For the operations side, Auto Top-Up Billing prevents credit dry-spells mid-campaign. Meta Conversion API for WhatsApp sends booked appointments and confirmed purchases back to Meta - your ad optimization finally sees the conversions that happen inside WhatsApp. Disable AI for New Leads is the safety switch you've been asking for when you're testing a new number. And the new FB/IG Comments & Story Mentions toggle lets you switch social auto-engagement on or off per situation.
