Smarter replies, AI Manager files, and clearer WhatsApp controls

This product update makes AI replies easier to manage, helps AI Manager turn data into useful files, keeps knowledge sources cleaner, and gives teams clearer guidance for WhatsApp setup and costs.

This update focuses on making AI replies, AI Manager output work, and WhatsApp operations easier to use in daily work.

Message Grouping is now on by default. When a customer sends several short messages in a row, the AI Employee can wait briefly and reply once after the thought is complete. This helps avoid multiple small replies and makes conversations feel more natural. Related guide: Message Grouping.

“Clearer controls and useful file outputs help teams keep AI practical, current, and easier to act on.”

Knowledge Base management is clearer too. Teams can remove old files or notes that should no longer guide AI Employee answers, then upload newer sources when prices, policies, FAQs, or product details change. Related guide: Train your AI with Knowledge Base.

AI Manager also has a bigger output capability than we highlighted at release. It can analyse, clean, calculate and reshape business data before producing something useful, such as exports, reports, PDFs, Word documents, charts and draft brochures. The same capability also powers draft website page creation: AI Manager can turn instructions, services, prices or campaign details into a first page draft for human review before publishing. This gives teams more ways to analyse information, prepare customer-ready materials, and complete follow-up work without doing everything manually. Related guide: AI Manager complete guide.

WhatsApp guidance has also been updated. The Help Center now gives a clearer explanation of Meta charges for WhatsApp replies and template messages, including the monthly free service replies and how template categories are billed. Related guide: Meta charges for automation templates.

For WhatsApp Coexistence, teams now have clearer guidance for contact syncing, including what happens when contacts are brought into Leads and what remains unchanged when the setting is turned off. Related guide: WhatsApp Coexistence guide.

Smaller Help Center updates keep the 24-hour follow-up window and WABA setup guidance aligned with the latest WhatsApp billing explanation.
