New features

  • Customers can buy AIS Hours from the billing area, review SST before checkout, and see purchase history after payment. Related help: Auto Top-Up Billing.
  • Appointment bookings can now include AI insights and selected lead details inside calendar events, so sales and service teams have more context before a meeting or call. Related guide: AI automation for appointment businesses.

  • Automation templates and longer messages are easier to format, including support for Shift+Enter line breaks.

Fixes and improvements

  • Message history and automation logs now show messaging pause states more clearly, so teams can tell when sending has stopped because an account or payment needs attention.
  • AIS Hours and billing setup now handle top-ups, expired plans, older pricing, and new company settings more consistently.
  • AI Manager uploads are steadier for attachments and voice messages. Duplicate uploads are reduced, failed voice sends are explained more clearly, and exported document dates are cleaner.
  • Traditional Chinese voice transcripts now display more consistently for zh-tw users. Related update: Traditional Chinese language support.
  • Automation editing is clearer, with improved delay labels, optional settings, template previews, flow captions, saved template refreshes, and WhatsApp template formatting.
  • Integration drawers and Google Sheet connection screens are cleaner, and users only see remove actions when they have permission to remove a connection.
  • Booking tool setup now keeps saved values visible when something cannot be read, making setup issues easier to review.
  • Mobile notification logs have wider columns, making them easier to read on smaller screens.

Reliability and technical fixes

  • Image handling is more reliable when customers send formats such as AVIF or HEIC.
  • AI replies, model selection, and document output recovery are more stable when a fallback is needed.
  • Scheduled messages, retries, Meta error messages, Smart Wait replies, and Smart Wait audio replies are handled more consistently.
  • Lead creation from external connections now checks required details more carefully before creating a lead.
  • LINE and Telegram connection updates now have stronger safeguards.
  • Message delivery status is updated more accurately when new delivery updates arrive.
  • Login, password updates, Google sign-in errors, integration lists, live inbox updates, and connection removal permissions are more consistent across accounts.
  • Deleted conversation data is filtered more carefully from conversation intelligence results.
