More control over AI replies, lead tags, attribution, and billing

This product update gives teams more control in the Inbox, clearer lead context, cleaner tag management, and easier billing visibility.

This product update focuses on everyday control and clarity for sales teams.

Teams can now pause AI Employee replies for a specific lead when a human wants to handle the conversation directly. Instead of turning AI off permanently, the team can choose a pause duration and let AI resume later when the customer sends the next message.

“More control in the daily workflow means teams can step in, stay organised, and understand what is happening faster.”

Lead management is also cleaner. Authorized users can manage and delete lead tags that are no longer needed. If a tag is already used by active leads, the system asks for confirmation first. Deleting a tag only removes the label — it does not delete leads, conversations, notes, or customer information.

Lead source visibility is improved too. Teams can see more ad attribution context on lead views and exports, making it easier to understand which Click-to-WhatsApp ads brought in new leads.

Billing and usage screens are clearer. Eligible teams can choose the right plan interval, see plan and renewal details more clearly, and better understand whether usage came from AI Employee, AI Manager, automations, or manual replies.

Smaller improvements across templates, channel setup, media preview, imports, and integrations make the app feel smoother during daily work.
