AI Manager shortcuts, richer lead exports, and clearer purchase confirmations

Start common tasks faster, work with saved lead fields, and check purchase amounts before paying.

This update gives you quicker ways to start everyday tasks and more useful information when searching or exporting leads.

Use the welcome shortcuts in AI Manager to send a ready-made request for creating an AI Employee, setting up tools, or scheduling a report. More suggestions are available under Show more.

“Less repeated setup. More useful lead information.”

Ask AI Manager to find leads using values saved in custom fields, count matching leads, or summarise numeric values. These answers use saved lead records, not a live spreadsheet. Missing values should not be treated as zero or proof that a customer has not paid.

Lead exports now include your company’s custom fields in an Excel workbook. The download link arrives by email when the export is ready. File fields show filenames; the export does not include the attachments themselves.

Before buying credits or AIS Hours, review and confirm the amount, including when no saved payment method is available. Cancelling the confirmation does not submit a purchase.

For custom integrations, supported tag and assignment changes update the lead’s modification time for Public Lead API checks. Outgoing webhooks can notify your integration when a new tag is attached to a lead. The guide explains configuration and filtering.

When an AI Employee cannot produce a reply, a marker in the conversation makes it easier to notice that no reply was sent. Other improvements keep message drafts and queued images intact when switching AI Manager conversations, and make settings easier to use on smaller screens.

AI Manager has a refreshed welcome, reply portrait and launcher. Its Tools panel explains available capabilities in plain language with example requests. Supported reply charts can switch to a table, and generated rate or average charts avoid misleading combined "Other" totals.

Owners and admins can ask AI Manager to distribute selected unassigned leads across an ordered team list. Already-assigned leads are skipped. This action takes effect directly without an extra confirmation popup, so review the lead and team lists first. It does not switch on automatic allocation for every new lead.

Failed automation-send retries cover eligible failures from the last seven days and require owner/admin access for user requests. They do not automatically replay historical failures. Bulk-tagging pagination and reporting of missing leads or failed updates are also more robust.

Outgoing lead webhooks include assignee IDs and names under lead.assigned_users. The guide explains delivery-time lookup and why an empty array alone is not proof that a lead is unassigned.
