Auto Top-Up Billing
Auto Top-Up prevents downtime. When your credit balance drops below a threshold you set, the system automatically tops up your account so your messaging and AI Employee replies continue without interruption.
Why This Matters
Previously, when credits ran low or finished, your AI Employee could stop replying because there were no credits left to send outgoing messages.
Auto Top-Up keeps your account active automatically. It is especially useful during campaigns or high message volume periods, when running out of credits mid-conversation can cost you leads.
Where to Find It
- Click your Profile (top-right corner).
- Go to Billing & Usage.
- Click Configure Auto Top-Up.
How to Set Up Auto Top-Up
- Turn on Enable Auto Top-Up.
- Set your Balance Threshold: this is the balance level where the system triggers an automatic top up.
- Choose your Top Up Amount: this is how many credits will be added each time Auto Top-Up triggers.
- Click Save.
Example
- Balance Threshold: RM50
- Top Up Amount: RM100
When your balance drops below RM50, the system automatically tops up RM100.
Pricing Reference
- Credits cost RM0.12 each. An outgoing message typically uses one credit; AI Manager tasks use credits based on how much work is involved.
