How to Turn On Two-Factor Authentication

Two-factor authentication adds an extra security step when you log in to ABC Sales AI. After entering your password, you also need to enter a 6-digit code from an authenticator app.

This helps protect your account even if someone knows your password.

Before you start

Install an authenticator app on your phone, such as:

• Google Authenticator
• Microsoft Authenticator
• Authy

Turn on two-factor authentication

1. Log in to your ABC Sales AI account.
2. Go to Personal Settings.
3. Open Security.
4. Click Enable 2FA.

5. Open your authenticator app on your phone.
6. Scan the QR code shown on the screen.
7. Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app.
8. Click Verify & enable.

Once enabled, you need to enter a 6-digit code every time you log in.

Log in after 2FA is enabled

1. Enter your email and password as usual.
2. Open your authenticator app.
3. Enter the latest 6-digit code.
4. Click Verify.

The code changes regularly, so always use the latest one shown in your app.

Turn off two-factor authentication

1. Log in to your ABC Sales AI account.
2. Go to Personal Settings.
3. Open Security.
4. Find Two-Factor Authentication.
5. Click Disable 2FA.
6. Confirm your choice.

After turning it off, you only need your email and password to log in.

If you cannot access your authenticator app

If you lose your phone or cannot get the 6-digit code, contact your company admin or ABC Sales AI support for help.

For security reasons, we may need to verify your identity before restoring access to your account.
