Upgrade, Cancel or Restart Your Subscription
Open your Billing page to see the subscription actions available to your account. Before confirming, check the charge today, included credits and next renewal date.
Upgrade during a trial
Where offered, you can upgrade your product trial to Monthly or Annual before it ends.
- You are charged immediately and the paid plan starts after successful payment.
- Unused trial credits remain, and the paid plan's credits are added when payment completes.
- Remaining trial days, rounded up to whole days, are added to your first paid subscription period.
For example, with nine trial days left, an Annual upgrade charges today and puts the first Annual renewal one year and nine days later. Review your own quote for the actual date.
Switch from Monthly to Annual
Where offered, a paying Monthly customer can upgrade to Annual.
- The Annual price and applicable tax are charged now.
- Remaining whole days from your paid Monthly period are added to the first Annual year.
- Existing credits remain and Annual credits are added after successful payment.
- There is no refund or prorated credit for the Monthly fee.
If you have a pending payment, a cancellation or a special billing arrangement, the upgrade may not be available. Follow the account's instructions rather than making a second purchase.
Cancel your subscription
- Open Billing and view your subscription.
- Select the cancellation action and complete the confirmation.
- Check the date on which your subscription is scheduled to end.
Cancellation stops the next subscription renewal. It does not automatically refund previous payments. To avoid a trial's first subscription charge, cancel before the trial ends.
Keep a plan you scheduled to cancel
If Keep my plan is available before your subscription ends, use it to undo a scheduled cancellation. Check the confirmation and the next charge date. Keeping a trial means its first paid charge can still happen at the trial's end.
A subscription that has already ended cannot be restored with this button. Review the resubscription options instead.
Restart after the subscription ends
A resubscription is a new purchase. Review its price, credits and renewal date before paying. Do not assume that returning customers receive another trial or new-signup bonus.
Where a grace period applies, the account is paused and remaining credits are frozen for 14 days from the subscription's end. You cannot use the frozen credits or top up during that period. Resubscribing within the displayed window restores the frozen balance alongside the new plan's credits.
After the grace period, the remaining balance, including purchased top-ups, is forfeited when the account is processed. An unconverted product trial does not receive this grace period.
