Understand Your Monthly Subscription and Credits
A Monthly subscription renews each month and includes 2,400 credits per monthly subscription period. Available plans, billing currency and payment amounts are shown in your account.
Check your plan and renewal
- Open Billing & Usage from your profile menu.
- View your subscription details and next renewal date.
- Review your balance and usage before buying additional credits or changing your plan.
For MYR billing, the published Self-Serve price is RM500 per month before applicable SST. Do not apply that MYR price or tax treatment to another billing currency. The amount shown in your checkout or confirmation is the amount to review before agreeing to pay.
Does choosing Monthly charge me immediately?
An eligible new MYR customer choosing Monthly at signup starts the 14-day trial first. A customer who does not qualify for a trial may be offered Monthly charged today. Check whether the screen says you are starting a trial or making a paid purchase.

How credits are used
- One successfully delivered outgoing message uses one credit.
- A successful AI Manager reply or scheduled AI Manager task also uses one credit.
- The credit charge is not based on message length, task complexity or the number of tools used.
- Failed or undelivered messages do not use a delivery credit.
- If an eligible feature allowance is available, that feature uses its allowance before the company's regular credit balance.
The subscription's credit grant is added after successful payment. Your subscription credits and purchased top-ups use the company wallet. The separate free feature allowances have their own expiry rules.
Additional credits and Auto Top-Up
Additional credits can be purchased separately. Auto Top-Up, if enabled, buys credits using your default payment method when your balance falls below your chosen threshold.
A one-off purchase may charge a saved payment method directly after confirmation, without a separate Stripe checkout page. Review the payment result before trying again.

ABC billing and Meta billing are separate
Your ABC subscription and credits do not pay Meta's own WhatsApp fees. Manage Meta's payment method separately through your WhatsApp Business Account.
What support is included?
Self-Serve provides the software, AI Manager and available guides for your team to manage setup. Human implementation and expert hours are included only where stated in your agreement. Guided Launch and separately scoped implementation services have their own fees and deliverables.
