Custom Push Notifications
When you are busy and not watching the ABC Salesbot dashboard, it is easy to miss a new lead or a message from an important customer. The Notification Preferences page solves this: you choose exactly what you want to be alerted about, and the alerts go straight to your Mobile App or Email.

Notification Types
You can enable or disable each of the following events:
- Automation Message Dispatch Ended: Notifies you when a bulk automated messaging campaign has finished sending to all recipients.
- Billing Allowance Usage Alert: Warns you when your account usage is nearing its limit.
- Billing Low Balance Alert: Notifies you when the prepaid funds or credits in your account drop below a set threshold.
- Billing Subscription Was Cancelled: Confirms that a recurring payment plan or subscription has been terminated.
- Lead Appointment Scheduled: Notifies you when an appointment is booked via the AI tool appointment scheduler.
- Lead Highlight Requested: Alerts you when a specific lead is flagged for attention or marked as important within the system.
- Lead Sent Message: Notifies you whenever a lead sends an incoming message or replies to you.
- Leads Created: Alerts you immediately when a new lead profile is generated or added to your database.
- Leads Escalation Requested: Notifies you when a conversation requires human intervention or has been flagged for escalation.
- Leads Stop Scheduled Messages: Alerts you when a lead asks the AI to stop replying.
- Messaging Channel History Import Completed: Confirms that the system has finished importing past chat history from a connected platform.
- Textract Completed: Indicates that Knowledge Base document processing has successfully completed.
How to Set It Up
- Go to your Profile (top right corner).
- Click on Settings.
- Click on the Notification Preferences tab.
- You will see a list of events (like "Leads Created" or "Lead Sent Message").
- Tick the checkboxes for Mobile (to get phone alerts) or Email (to get email alerts).
- Click Save Preferences.

For mobile alerts, you must download the ABC Sales AI mobile app:
Who Gets the Emails?
Email alerts go to:
- The specific email address listed in the Email alerts recipients box in Settings.
- Any user on your team with a role of Owner or Manager.
