Understand Your Free AI Testing and AI Manager Credits
Eligible Monthly and Annual accounts can receive two feature-specific allowances when enabled: 300 credits for testing AI Employees and 100 AI Manager credits per eligible user in the company.
These are not one combined pool of 400 credits. Each allowance can only be used by its own feature.
300 credits for Test your AI Employee
Your company shares 300 testing credits per allowance cycle. Use Test your AI Employee to check answers and refine instructions before using the AI with customers.
- The allowance is shared across the company's eligible AI Employee tests, not 300 for each user or each AI Employee.
- It applies to the simulator, not replies delivered to real leads.
- Automation messages, direct customer messages and other channel sends do not use this allowance.
For example, if one teammate uses 40 testing credits, 260 remain for the company in that cycle.
100 AI Manager credits per eligible user
Each eligible customer user gets 100 AI Manager credits per company per allowance cycle. This is not a shared team pool.
- Eligible AI Manager usage draws the user's own allowance.
- Scheduled AI Manager tasks use the task owner's allowance.
- One user in two eligible companies has a separate allowance in each company.
- ABC internal staff accounts do not receive this customer AI Manager allowance.
For example, one teammate using their 100 credits does not use another teammate's allowance. It can still use the company's regular credits after their own allowance runs out.
Who qualifies?
The company must have an eligible Monthly or Annual account in good standing, and the allowance must be enabled for it. Product trials, suspended accounts and accounts with frozen credits do not qualify. A user must also have access to the relevant feature.
A scheduled cancellation does not by itself remove eligibility while the paid term remains valid.
How credits are deducted
Eligible usage uses the relevant free allowance first, followed by the company's regular credit balance. A successful AI Manager reply or scheduled-task run uses one credit; a task is not charged extra credits just because it calls more tools.
Refresh dates and unused credits
The allowances refresh on your account's monthly allowance cycle, including for eligible Annual subscribers. This is not necessarily the first day of the calendar month. Check the allowance notice in the app for the current balance and reset information.
Unused allowance credits expire at the end of the cycle and do not roll over. They cannot be transferred to another user, another feature or your regular credit wallet.
How is this different from trial credits?
The 14-day product trial has its own 1,000 trial credits. It does not also receive these 300 testing and 100 AI Manager allowances. Read How the 14-Day Free Trial Works.
These allowances also differ from the credits included in a paid subscription or purchased as top-ups. See Monthly Subscription and Credits and Auto Top-Up Billing.
Why can I not see an allowance?
The allowance may not be enabled for your account, your company or user may not qualify, or you may not have access to that feature. Do not assume it is available simply because you can open AI Manager or the testing panel. Ask Support to check your account if you are unsure.
