How the 14-Day Free Trial Works

Eligible new customers can try ABC Sales AI for 14 days before starting a paid Monthly subscription.

What is included?

• A 14-day product trial.
• 1,000 trial credits, granted once when your trial is accepted and activated.
• Access to the setup flow and the features available to your account.

The current trial is available for MYR billing. It is not a TWD trial offer.

Start your trial

1. Open the trial registration page and complete your account details.
2. Review the trial terms, the Monthly subscription that follows and its price.
3. Add your payment card and complete the setup.
4. Check the confirmation and Billing page to make sure the trial started and to see its end date.

A payment card is required. Trial eligibility is checked using your email and card. If either has already used a trial, you may be offered a paid plan instead. Check the outcome before assuming your account is on a free trial.

Choosing Monthly at signup can start the trial for an eligible new customer. It does not always mean you will be charged for Monthly immediately.

What happens at the end?

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription converts to Monthly and the saved payment method is charged. Check your Billing page for the date, currency, amount and applicable tax.

Cancel before the first subscription charge

1. Open the Billing page and view your subscription.
2. Select the cancellation action and complete its confirmation.
3. Check that the subscription is scheduled to end before the first paid renewal.

Do not rely on an email reminder as your only way to track the end date.

The 1,000 trial credits are separate from free AI testing and AI Manager allowances. Those allowances are for eligible paid-plan accounts, not the product trial.
