What's New

AI Manager context, API lead control, and more reliable integrations

This product update helps AI Manager understand conversations more clearly, gives integration teams safer lead controls, and makes messaging, billing records, and setup guides easier to rely on.

This update focuses on clearer AI Manager context, safer lead controls for integrations, and steadier day-to-day messaging and setup behavior.

AI Manager now has more useful context when helping teams understand conversations and leads. It can work with clearer message reports, lead search, lead signals, automation steps, message activity, and customer follow-up history. Results are also shown in a cleaner, easier-to-read format.

“Clearer context and steadier integrations help teams keep customer operations moving with fewer surprises.”

For teams with custom integrations, the Public Lead API guide now covers lead-management actions after a lead is created. Integration teams can use the returned lead ID, remove tags from a lead, and turn AI handling on or off for one lead from an external system.

Messaging and integration reliability also improved. Google reconnect messages are clearer when your account needs to refresh a connection. Messenger, WhatsApp, and Click-to-WhatsApp message handling is smoother and more reliable. Automations respond more consistently when lead details change or scheduled messages are sent. For teams using outgoing webhooks, the outgoing webhooks guide now explains the optional message_source field on conversation_created events.

Billing records are easier to understand, with clearer credit names, credit history, campaign discount wording, and payment-failure cancellation messages.

The Compounding Audit and PROVE flow now preserve more of the customer's answers and give clearer recommendations around customer memory, reporting, lifecycle services, and follow-up. This helps teams move from diagnosis to the right next offer with less repeated explanation.

For LINE users, the LINE Official Account setup guide now includes plan and message quota guidance by region. WhatsApp setup guidance was also cleaned up so teams are pointed to the current setup steps.

Account and integration safety was also improved, without changing the normal way teams use the product.
