AIS Hours purchase, richer appointment details, and smoother AI Manager workflows

This product update makes everyday setup and operations easier. Teams can buy AIS Hours in billing, add useful lead context to calendar bookings, format longer messages more easily, and use AI Manager with fewer upload and export issues.

This product update focuses on the everyday moments that affect sales operations: buying usage, preparing for appointments, formatting customer messages, and working inside AI Manager.

Customers can now buy AIS Hours from the billing area, with clearer pricing, SST review before checkout, and purchase history after payment. This makes it easier for teams to top up usage without waiting for a manual process.

“Small workflow improvements add up when sales teams rely on the same system every day.”

Appointment bookings can now carry more useful context into calendar events, including AI insights and selected lead details. Sales and service teams can see the important background before a meeting or call, instead of opening multiple screens to prepare.

Automation editing and AI Manager workflows have also been polished. Teams should see steadier uploads, clearer voice-message handling, cleaner document exports, better Traditional Chinese transcript display, and easier formatting for longer messages.

For customers who want the full release-by-release detail, the deeper notes are available in Detailed Release Notes.
