AI Manager reporting, website form tags, and a clearer Inbox

Understand message performance, organise website enquiries, and manage conversations more easily.

This update helps you understand how conversations are performing, organise incoming enquiries, and handle everyday Inbox tasks with fewer interruptions.

Ask AI Manager about message activity, the reply rate of individual automation messages, or how long your team takes to respond. You can also ask which leads stopped replying. A business review brings account figures and patterns from analysed conversations together to help you decide what to focus on next.

“A clearer view of your conversations and the next steps for your team.”

Owners and admins can ask AI Manager to turn AI replies on or off for a named messaging channel. Turning AI off on that channel pauses its AI replies to incoming messages; automation sequences can still send their scheduled messages.

Website Forms can apply up to 10 tags to leads who submit a form. Tags also apply to repeat submissions without removing the lead’s existing tags. Spam protection is optional under Advanced settings, including when the form starts an automation. Keeping protection on helps reduce unwanted submissions and follow-ups.

In the Inbox, “Yesterday” follows calendar days, making older conversations easier to distinguish from today’s messages. Select all and individual checkboxes stay in step, and opening a conversation’s menu no longer marks it as read.

CSV lead imports accept up to 10,000 data rows per file, excluding the header. For a larger list, split it into smaller files and keep the header in each one.

Teams with custom integrations can use the Public Lead API to retrieve leads and their custom fields, and check for supported lead updates since an earlier request.

Other improvements make AI replies, Telegram automation sends, Google Sheets updates, and appointment-date capture more reliable. Permission labels, email-alert explanations, and WhatsApp connection lessons are also easier to understand.
