AI Conversation-Driven Content Engine
Never Guess What to Say

a.k.a. The Content Engine

Content happens when somebody feels inspired, which is not a system. Every post announces a promotion, and none of them answer a question a customer actually has. Meanwhile the idea you had on Monday waits on a designer and goes out on Friday, or never.

We install an engine, not a batch: your AI Manager reads the new conversations on a schedule and drafts posts, ad angles and image ideas from what customers actually said this week, in your voice, with an approval step before anything goes out.

Sourced

every draft starts from what your customers actually said

Approved

drafts wait for your yes, nothing posts itself

Yours

the engine keeps producing after we leave

What it is costing you

Do the arithmetic in your own numbers

Your customers have told you exactly what stops them buying. It is in your chat history, thousands of messages deep, and nobody has read it. So you pay to broadcast a guess, and the guess competes against a market that is also guessing.

Fill it in yourself:

How many of your last ten advertisements were built on a real objection you know your buyers have? And how many were built on what you felt like saying?

How it works

So how does it actually work?

Answered the way you are already thinking about it.

I never know what to post.

Your customers already wrote the brief. It is sitting in your chat history.

1. Mine the chat history

Your customers have told you exactly what stops them buying. It is in your chat history, thousands of messages deep, and nobody has read it. We run Objection Intelligence and the AI Manager's analysis over that history to rank the five questions people ask before buying and the three objections that kill sales, with counts.

Then a consultant reads the findings and picks the angles that are actually worth spending money on. That part is judgement, not a report.

You know exactly which worry your next ad should answer.

So you write me a month of content, and then what?

Then the engine keeps going. That is what you are buying.

2. Install the engine

Your AI Manager keeps a long-term memory and runs recurring workflows, so we schedule it to read the new conversations and generate content on a rhythm: post drafts, ad angles and image ideas produced from what customers actually said this week, not from what somebody remembered last quarter.

What it knows about your business, your products and your customers accumulates, so each month's generation starts from everything it has already learned, not from zero. The first month of drafts is what the engine produced on day one. It is the proof, not the product.

A monthly rhythm that does not depend on anybody feeling inspired.

I do not want a robot posting for me.

It does not post. It drafts, and it drafts like you.

3. Your voice, your approval

We write the standing generation prompt with you: your voice, your formats, your products, what you never say, so what comes out is publishable rather than generic. Then we set the approval step, so drafts arrive for you to approve rather than posting themselves.

The images are generated on the ABC platform as part of each draft, so a post never waits for a designer.

Nothing goes out without your yes, and nothing waits on Friday.

What about the same questions coming into my chats?

The answer that works in an ad should work in a conversation too.

4. One answer, everywhere

We write your objection answers properly once, load them into your Knowledge Base and attach it to the right AI Employee, so the same answers are used in conversation. A monthly review rebuilds the question and objection list and flags any new objection that has started appearing.

Your team, your AI and your ads answer the same worry the same way.

What we will do for you

Both halves of the work

Every install is two jobs: the thinking and the wiring. You should see both before you buy either.

The business expert work

  • Read the machine's findings and pick the angles that are actually worth spending money on, which is judgement, not a report.
  • Write the video ad script, the long-form sales video script and the first month of posts, in your voice.
  • Write your objection answers properly once, so your team and your AI answer the same worry the same way.

The AI and system configuration

  • Run Objection Intelligence and the AI Manager's analysis over your conversation history to rank the five questions people ask before buying and the three objections that kill sales, with counts.
  • Install the engine: schedule your AI Manager to read the new conversations and generate content on a rhythm, so post drafts, ad angles and image ideas come from what customers said this week.
  • Write the standing generation prompt: your voice, your formats, your products, what you never say, so what comes out is publishable rather than generic.
  • Develop the AI Manager's skills and memory, so each month's generation starts from everything it has already learned, not from zero.
  • Set the approval step, so drafts arrive for you to approve rather than posting themselves.
  • Generate the images on the ABC platform, so a post never waits for a designer.
  • Load the objection answers into your Knowledge Base and attach it to the right AI Employee, so the same answers are used in conversation.
  • Set the monthly review so the question and objection list rebuilds itself and flags any new objection that has started appearing.

The package

Done for you, end to end

Included: the conversation mining, the standing generation prompt, the engine schedule and approval flow, the first month of drafts with images, the objection answer library, and the monthly review.

Not included: publishing and community management (you approve and post), and paid ad spend.

What we need from you: access to your chat history, a kickoff on voice and products, and your approval on the first drafts.

Timeline: typically live within 1 to 2 weeks of kickoff; the first drafts arrive with the first scheduled run.

How this engagement is delivered

An AI system, deployed as a service

Every install is the deployment of an AI system into your business, delivered as a service. In the categories IRAS uses for qualifying AI business services, the work is:

Consultancy and strategy
The business expert work above: the mapping, the definitions, the copy and the working sessions.
System development and deployment
The AI and system configuration above: the AI Employee, AI Manager and platform capability switched on and wired to your business.
Data and analytics
The reports, briefs and alerts the system leaves running, built from your own conversation and business data.
System-related training
Handover and training so your team runs it without us.

Investment

Scoped and quoted for your business

No two businesses leak in the same place, so no two installs are identical. Your consultant scopes it with you, shows you exactly what it is worth against your own numbers, and quotes it. You pay once for the engine, and it keeps drafting from your live conversations after we leave.

Singapore company? Install work like this is the kind of AI spend the EIS 400% deduction covers for YA2027 and YA2028, roughly 51 cents saved per dollar for a profitable company at 17%. No application: when the work is completed and accepted we send the claim documents, and your accountant adds it to your normal return. Forward our accountant page, and confirm your own eligibility with your tax advisor.

We build a limited number of installs each month, so every system gets senior attention.

The Cannot-Lose Guarantee

We tune the engine until you would publish every draft and the posts earn replies. If it still misses what we agreed, half back, and everything it learned stays yours.

If your chat history is too thin to mine, we say so at discovery, and we would rather lose the quote than install an engine with nothing to read. Then we build it and stay on it: if the drafts do not sound like you, or the content is not earning replies and enquiries, we keep refining the voice, the formats and the angles until it does. If after that it still has not delivered what we agreed in writing, we refund half your fee, and you keep everything we built. The exact terms sit in your service agreement. Whatever your audience does, you keep:

  • The standing generation prompt: your voice, your formats, what you never say, written down
  • The ranked list of the questions and objections that decide your sales
  • The objection answer library, live in your Knowledge Base
  • The first month of drafts, scripts and image ideas
  • The engine itself, scheduled and running on your platform

Worst case: you finally read what your customers have been telling you, and you own the machine that keeps reading. Best case: your next advertisement feels like it read your buyer's mind, because it did.

Honest fit check

This is not for everyone

Perfect for:

  • A business that advertises or posts but never knows what to say next
  • A business with months of real customer conversations nobody has mined
  • Owners tired of content depending on somebody feeling inspired
  • Anyone whose posts all announce promotions and never answer a question

Not built for:

  • A business that will not publish anything: drafts nobody posts are worthless
  • A business with no conversation history yet to mine: install the Capture System first

Before you ask

Quick answers

Is this a content agency?

No. An agency sells you batches of posts forever. You own a generator fed by your own chat history: the AI Manager keeps drafting from your live conversations on a schedule after we leave. The first month of drafts is the proof, not the product.

Will it sound like AI?

The standing prompt carries your voice, your formats, your products and what you never say, and its memory of your business grows every month. You approve every draft, so nothing generic goes out with your name on it.

What about images?

Generated on the ABC platform as part of each draft, so the idea you had on Monday does not wait on a designer until Friday, or never.

Do I need Know What Works first?

It works better after, because then you can see which angles produced buyers rather than guessing. But it stands on its own: the questions and objections come out of your chat history either way.

We are a Singapore company. Can we claim this under the EIS 400% AI tax deduction?

Yes, this is the kind of spend the scheme was built for: IRAS lists system development and deployment, consultancy and strategy, data and analytics, and training as qualifying AI business services. For YA2027 and YA2028 the EIS gives a 400% tax deduction on the first S$50,000 of qualifying AI spend per year, roughly 51 cents saved on every dollar for a profitable company at 17%. There is no application and no pre-approval: you claim it in the tax return you already file. Our part is to make it effortless. When the install is completed and accepted, we send the necessary documentation, itemised under this system's title, and we work with your accountant on anything else the claim needs from our side. Whether your company qualifies depends on your own situation, so confirm with your tax advisor.

ABC Sales AI · abcsales.ai · Every install is scoped to your business and quoted by your consultant. Outcomes depend on your market, offer and execution; the guarantee above is the promise we stand behind. You are responsible for the content you send; campaigns are vetted against your industry's rules before launch. ABC Sales AI is not a tax advisor; any Singapore EIS treatment is for your tax advisor and IRAS to confirm.

Your customers already wrote next month's content.

The engine reads what they said this week, drafts the posts, the angles and the images, and waits for your approval. You publish. It keeps going.
