Here’s what would solve your problem

AI Customer Onboarding, Renewal and Review Engine

They bought once. What brings them back?

After the sale, your customers hear from you at the right moments: a welcome, a check-in, a review request after the service, and a reminder just before they need you again. Your records set the timing. Your team handles the moments that need a person.

Kong Ming welcomes a returning customer beside a check-in calendar and a customer conversation.
  • Welcomeright after payment
  • Check-inday 3 and day 7
  • Reviewrequest on day 14
  • Welcome: right after payment
  • Review: asked of every customer
  • Reminder: just before they need you

About a minute. English voiceover. Screens are AI Manager output with sample data.

The receipt becomes the last message they get.

After payment, the next contact depends on someone remembering, and in a busy week nobody does. Nobody asks for a review while the experience is fresh. Nobody reminds them just before they need you again. So regulars drift, and every sale has to be bought again with ads. The customers you already won drift to whoever reminds them first.

Sample data

A beauty salon customer who bought a facial package. One purchase, four useful conversations instead of one receipt.

Four moments that bring customers back.

  1. Moment 1WelcomeRight after payment: what happens next and how to get started.
  2. Moment 2Check inDay 3 and day 7. Problems go to a person the same day.
  3. Moment 3Ask for a reviewAfter the service, to every customer, with your review link.
  4. Moment 4Remind before they need youTimed from your records, with one tap to rebook or reorder.
Read the full approach

We work out when each customer will need you again, from your own records. They get a welcome within a day. A check-in in the first week. The moment they say they are happy, a review link. A reminder just before they need you again, with one tap to rebook or reorder. And your best customers handed to a human, with the story so far.

01Chapter

Send something useful after payment.

A welcome can explain the next step, share a guide or help the customer get started. We write it in your voice and set the agreed timing around what they bought.

The confirmed purchase starts the agreed aftercare and ends the relevant old sales reminders.

Make the next step obvious.

  1. Confirmed purchase
  2. Useful getting-started guide
  3. A welcome in your voice
Kong Ming offers a gift to a returning customer beside a return arrow.

Example: after payment, send the right getting-started guide.

Won't automated messages feel generic?

They are written in your voice and timed to what they bought.

1. The welcome that is not a receipt

We write the welcome, check-ins, review request and referral ask in your voice. A confirmed purchase moves the customer into the agreed aftercare journey and ends the relevant sales reminders. Messages use what they bought, when they bought it and their service needs; timing is set around your business.

The guide or head start goes out before the first problem appears, so the customer's first surprise is that you showed up, not that something went wrong.

New customers hear from you while the doubt is still small.

02Chapter

Find out how it is going. Let a person handle the problems.

Check-ins create a chance for customers to tell you something is wrong. Those replies reach your team. At the agreed positive moment, a brief message can invite the customer to leave a review.

AI carries the routine messages. Your people still make the calls and fix the service issues.

A problem needs a person.

  1. Check how they are doing
  2. Hand problems to a person
  3. Invite a review at the right moment

Example: a customer says something is wrong; the team takes over.

What happens when a customer is unhappy?

That is the reply this system exists to catch.

2. Unhappiness reaches a human the same day

Any reply that sounds wrong notifies a human the same day it arrives, not two days later in a crowded inbox. A small fixable problem gets fixed while it is still small, instead of becoming a refund or a public review.

We learned this on ourselves. Our refund rate hurt, we made one change, a human calls every new customer the next morning, and refunds dropped by more than half. Our honest recommendation: keep the human call, and let the machine carry everything around it.

Unhappiness reaches a human on day three instead of becoming a refund on day thirty.

Doesn't asking feel desperate?

Which is exactly why humans avoid it. The system never feels awkward.

3. The right-time ask

At the happy moment, a personal message asks for the review with the link in hand. Polite, brief, in your voice, approved by you. The customer experiences it as caring follow-through.

Reviews arrive while the smile is still on their face.

03Chapter

Give customers a useful reminder when they may need you again.

We look at your chats, invoices and purchase records to agree when a service, renewal or reorder reminder makes sense. The message helps them take the next step without needing a discount.

A repeat purchase or other agreed update changes the journey, so old reminders do not keep chasing a completed action.

Remind them when it makes sense.

  1. Look at purchase history
  2. Agree the reminder timing
  3. Make rebooking or reordering easy
Kong Ming presents a confirmed appointment beside a reminder bell.

Workflow illustration

Example: use the agreed service interval to time a rebooking reminder.

See the setup behind this: Give customers a useful reminder when they may need you again.

I do not even know their cycles.

Your records already know. Nobody has ever asked them.

4. The cycle map

What gets rebought, by whom, on what rhythm, mapped from your own chats, invoices and records. For most owners it is the first time their repeat business exists on paper.

Your customers' rhythms, finally visible.

Will reminders feel like pestering?

A reminder timed to a real need is a service. Pestering is what untimed blasting does.

5. Timed reminders with one-tap reorder

Each customer gets a relevant reminder at the right point in their cycle. A renewal, repeat purchase or other agreed stage change updates the journey, so old reminders do not keep chasing a completed action. Current service issues and VIP instructions shape the next step.

You become the one who reminds them first.

Here's what we plan to do for you

What your customer sees, and what you see.

  1. Welcome

A welcome the moment they pay.

We map what a new customer hears on day one, day three and in week one, based on what they bought. The welcome goes out right after payment, a getting-started guide arrives before the first problem, and check-ins follow.

New customers hear from you while the doubt is still small.

AI Manager card · sample data

  2. Check in

Check in, and hand problems to a person.

Check-ins give customers an easy way to say something is wrong. The AI sorts every reply: happy, a problem, or a rebooking. Problems reach the right person the same day, before they turn into a refund.

Unhappiness reaches a human on day three instead of becoming a refund on day thirty.

  3. Review

Ask every customer for a review, while it is fresh.

Every customer gets the review request at the agreed point after the service, while the experience is fresh, not weeks later. Anyone who is unhappy also reaches a person the same day. Polite, brief, in your voice, approved by you, with the link in hand. Nobody on your team has to remember to ask.

Reviews arrive while the experience is still fresh.

  4. Remind

Remind them just before they need you again.

We read your chats, invoices and purchase records to learn when each kind of customer usually comes back. A reminder lands a few days before they are due, with one tap to rebook or reorder. No discount is needed. The timing is the value.

You become the one who reminds them first.

  5. Report

    See what came back.

You get a before-and-after report: customers who came back, new reviews, overdue customers who rebooked, and your real VIPs, flagged to a person with the story so far.

You can see what the engine brought back, not just that it ran.

Illustrative example

One purchase can lead to several useful conversations.

A customer buys a service they may need again. Each message has a different job.

A worked example to explain the setup, not a customer result or a product screenshot.

After the purchase
Send the agreed welcome and explain how to prepare or get started.
During the check-in
If the customer reports a problem, pass the reply to a person who can help.
Before the next visit is due
Send the approved reminder based on the recorded service cycle. Update the journey if they have already renewed.

The same customer gets different messages as their situation changes, rather than the same promotion again.

A working aftercare journey, built with your team.

How we deliver it

Every install is the deployment of an AI system into your business, delivered as a service. In the categories IRAS uses for qualifying AI business services, the work is:

Consultancy and strategy
The business expert work above: the mapping, the definitions, the copy and the working sessions.
System development
The AI and system configuration above: the AI Employee, AI Manager and platform capability switched on and wired to your business.
Data and analytics
The data mapping and checks, plus any reports, briefs or alerts included in the agreed scope.
System-related training
Handover and training so your team runs it without us.

Guided Launch set up one workflow with you, a first version built to get your first win, so what you already have depends on the one you chose. Typically:

Onboarding gave you

the AI replying to customers who write in. Usually nothing after the sale.

This adds

An aftercare and repeat-business journey using your customer history, purchase cycle and service rules: the welcome, check-ins, review requests and timely renewal or reorder reminders. We reuse the shared customer records and lifecycle setup; any missing foundation is scoped once.

Agree the work before you decide.

Your consultant agrees the outcomes, scope and delivery checks with you, explains the investment, and provides a quote for your business.

A few prevented refunds usually cover the install, and the reorders and reviews come on top.

We are a Singapore company. Can we claim this under the EIS 400% AI tax deduction?

Singapore company? Install work like this is generally the kind of AI spend the EIS 400% deduction covers for YA2027 and YA2028: up to about 51 cents of extra tax saving per dollar over a normal deduction, at the 17% headline rate. No pre-approval: when the work is completed and accepted we send the claim documents, and your accountant adds it to your normal return. Forward our accountant page, and confirm your own eligibility with your tax advisor.

Built, then tuned until it really works

We build everything on this page, and we stay on it until it is really working. We do not promise how far your numbers move.

Our commitment and what you keep

Whether the numbers move depends on your customers, your season and your list as much as on the system, so we do not promise a result, and we do not switch it on and leave. We build everything on this page, connect it to your tools as far as they allow, test it on your real conversations, and keep tweaking the messages, the timing and the rules until it is really working. We need your feedback along the way, because what a good result looks like is different for every owner. The scope is what is written on this page. The decisions that are yours stay yours: the offer, the prices, the rules. We bring the expertise, surface the options and build. You decide. Everything we build stays yours:

  • The map of your first 30 days, and of when each customer comes back
  • Every message, written and approved in your voice
  • The live welcome, check-in, review and reminder automation
  • The before-and-after report on refunds, reviews and revenue brought back

Whatever your market does, you keep everything on this list, and we keep working with you until the system is doing what this page says.

Honest fit check

Perfect for:

  • Services, packages, supplies, maintenance, treatments: anything bought on a rhythm
  • Any business where value arrives over days or weeks after payment
  • Owners whose reorders and reviews depend on staff remembering

Not built for:

  • A business with no record of who bought or when: there is nothing for the engine to time itself to
  • True one-time purchases with no cycle and no aftercare: look at Lead Capture instead

Quick answers

My customers come back anyway.

Some do, and you cannot see how many do not. The map measures the leak first; then judge with the number in hand.

My records are incomplete.

We start with what exists. Every cycle caught is revenue that was leaking.

When should reviews be asked for?

At the moment your product visibly works for the customer, not weeks later on a calendar date, after the feeling has faded. Deciding that moment for your business is part of the expert work.

Will I train customers to wait for discounts?

The reminder needs no discount; it arrives when the need is real. Discounts stay your choice.

We are a Singapore company. Can we claim this under the EIS 400% AI tax deduction?

Often, yes. For YA2027 and YA2028 the EIS gives a 400% tax deduction on up to S$50,000 of qualifying AI spend per year of assessment. IRAS's examples of qualifying AI business services include system development, consultancy and strategy, data and analytics, and system-related training. At the 17% headline rate that is up to about 51 cents of extra tax saving per dollar compared with a normal deduction; your actual saving depends on your tax position. Grant-funded amounts and non-AI items such as messaging fees do not qualify, and mixed packages are split. There is no application and no pre-approval: you claim it in the tax return you already file. Our part is to make it effortless. When the install is completed and accepted, we send the necessary documentation, itemised under this system's title, and we work with your accountant on anything else the claim needs from our side. Whether your company qualifies depends on your own situation, so confirm with your tax advisor.

ABC Sales AI · abcsales.ai · Every install is scoped to your business and quoted by your consultant. Outcomes depend on your market, offer and execution; what we commit to is the work, not the result. You are responsible for the content you send; campaigns are vetted against your industry's rules before launch. ABC Sales AI is not a tax advisor; any Singapore EIS treatment is for your tax advisor and IRAS to confirm.
