ABC Sales AI Pricing: Transparent, Simple, No Games

Most software punishes you for growing: more users, more contacts, more features locked behind higher tiers. ABC Sales AI went the other way. Every subscription includes the full platform, and Scale and Enterprise are one-time expert services on top of your platform subscription, billed separately. What changes is how much of our expert team you want, not what you're allowed to use. Here's exactly how it works and why.

ABC Sales AI pricing is simple and transparent. No games, no per-seat pricing. Every platform subscription comes with full access to the platform: AI Employees and the AI Manager from day one, while Scale and Enterprise are one-time expert installations delivered on top of your platform subscription, billed separately. We don't charge per user, per seat, per contact, or per login. What changes between tiers is one thing: how much service, setup, and expert help you want from our team. You pay for work done, not a toll to keep software sitting there.

Most software punishes you for growing: more users, more contacts, more "premium" features locked behind higher tiers. We went the other way. Here's exactly how our pricing works and why we built it this way. (For the live numbers, see the pricing page.)

The subscription gets you the full platform

There is no feature gating between subscription tiers on the ABC Sales AI platform. Self-Serve and Guided Launch have the same core toolkit: your AI Employees, the AI Manager, all your channels, automations, integrations, and team access. Scale and Enterprise run on top of that subscription and neither gate nor grant any of it. You are never stuck on a "lite" version missing the one thing you need.

That means even on the smallest subscription you can set up everything: multiple AI Employees, your whole contact list, your whole team, and as much business complexity as you have. You should never be punished for being on an entry subscription, and you never are.

What actually changes between tiers: expert service, not features

So if the subscription already includes the full platform, what do the higher service levels give you? More of our AI Solution Experts (AIS).

The tiers are essentially a ladder of service. Self-Serve + AI Manager gives your team the full platform and AI Manager to help monitor what is happening. Guided Launch is for one clean launch with expert setup, training, and handover, and you can add expert hours later when you want coaching or optimisation. Scale Plan is for one serious business leak that needs discovery, workflow design, dashboarding, automation, testing, training, handover, and a practical review rhythm so the workflow keeps improving after launch. Enterprise is for companies that need a package designed specifically around their business needs. Guided Launch includes a year of the platform subscription; Scale and Enterprise are one-time installation services on top of your platform subscription (billed separately).

You're paying for expertise and hands-on help, not for unlocking a feature that should have been included anyway. We explain who these experts are (and how selective the hiring is) right on the pricing page.

What about the advanced automations?

One honest distinction. The platform subscription covers the full ABC Sales AI platform. The advanced automations are different. Systems like the Hiring Engine, the Quality Auditor, and the AI Manager pulse are custom-built, each one engineered and tuned for your specific business and stack.

Because they are bespoke builds rather than a switch we flip, they're scoped and delivered as done-for-you Scale Plan projects on top of your platform subscription (billed separately). So you're not paying a higher subscription tier to "unlock" a feature. You're commissioning a custom system, built for you, when the business leak is worth fixing properly.

Credits, and why top-ups are dead simple

Each subscription includes a generous bundle of credits, enough outgoing activity for most businesses. Scale and Enterprise do not include credits; your platform subscription (and its credits) continues as normal, billed separately. Credits are consumed by outgoing messages and AI Manager activity: an outgoing message typically uses one credit, and bigger AI Manager tasks use more. Top-ups are RM0.12 per credit, excluding SST. Meta's own WhatsApp fees are separate, billed per message by template category.

If your AI is working hard and you need more, you simply top up at RM0.12 per credit. If it works hard, you pay a little more. If it doesn't, you don't. You pay for work done, not for potential. Need more expert hours instead? Those top up too, at RM1,000 per AIS hour for approved coaching, optimisation, training, support, or extra customisation. All prices are exclusive of SST (currently 8%).

AIS hours are not just "setup time". On Guided Launch, they are usually used for first-time setup, training, and handover. On Scale, the 24 included AIS hours can cover the build and also a practical rhythm after launch: review the account, look at what the data is showing, improve follow-up messages, refine the dashboard, connect more pieces where scope allows, and keep the system catching up with what is changing in the business.

No per-user, per-contact, or per-seat games

We do not charge per user, per headcount, per contact, per phone number, or per login. There are no per-user, per-contact, or per-seat charges. Adding your team and contacts does not change your plan price.

This comes straight from how we think about the product. We really mean it when we call this an AI Employee and an AI Workforce. You pay an employee when they do work, not a fee just to have them exist, and not a penalty because your business is big or complex. Set up whatever you need; you only pay when the AI actually works.

As easy as ABC: no tokens, no model-picking

A lot of AI tools make you manage the machinery yourself: buy tokens, connect your own API, and choose between models that change every month, where one is suddenly pricier, another is cheaper, and another is "better for code". It's confusing, and it moves the burden onto you.

We don't do that. ABC Sales AI handles the models and the tokens for you and bundles that cost into your credits. You never have to learn any of it. That's the whole idea behind our name. It should be as easy as ABC.

Self-serve, guided, or scoped properly

Self-Serve + AI Manager is month-to-month because your team runs the setup with AI Manager helping you see what is happening and what to improve. Guided Launch is annual because it includes a year of the platform subscription along with credits, setup, training, and handover, and it renews annually. Serious Scale Plan is a one-time installation, scoped and billed separately on top of your platform subscription, because one business leak can require a blueprint session, dashboards, integrations, testing, team adoption, and ongoing expert review after launch. Start where the leak is, then scope the next workflow only when the work justifies it.

Why we price this way

Transparent, usage-light, and human where it counts. Your subscription gives you the full platform on day one, you're never penalised for adding people or contacts, you only top up when your AI is genuinely working harder, and you can bring in experts when you want to go further. That's pricing that matches the promise: an AI Workforce you pay to work, not a subscription that bills you for standing still.

Frequently asked questions

How does ABC Sales AI pricing work?

The platform subscription includes the full platform (access to AI Employees and the AI Manager). Scale and Enterprise are one-time custom installations delivered on top of an active subscription, billed separately; they add setup, service level, and review rhythm, not features. Extra credits top up at RM0.12 each; extra approved AIS work is available at RM1,000 per hour (both excl. SST). There are no per-user, per-contact, or per-seat charges. See the pricing page for current numbers.

Do all plans include the full platform?

The full platform comes with your subscription, and features are not gated between subscription tiers: Self-Serve has the same core toolkit as Guided Launch. Scale and Enterprise are not subscription tiers and do not include platform access or credits; they are one-time builds delivered on top of your active subscription. The advanced automations (custom-built systems like the Hiring Engine or Quality Auditor) are delivered the same way: bespoke Scale builds scoped around the business leak, not unlocked by a plan toggle.

What do the higher service levels actually add?

Mostly more expert help and implementation service. Guided Launch gives you a clean launch and handover, and includes a year of the platform subscription. Scale Plan is a one-time installation on top of your platform subscription (billed separately): a scoped implementation for one serious business leak, with AIS discovery, workflow design, dashboarding, automation, testing, training, handover, and included hours that can also be used for post-launch review and optimisation. Extra approved AIS work is handled through top-up hours or a separately scoped next workflow.

Does ABC Sales AI charge per user, per contact, or per seat?

No. We don't charge per user, per headcount, per contact, per phone number, or per login. Adding your team and contacts does not change your plan price.

What is a credit and what does it cost to top up?

Credits are consumed by outgoing messages and AI Manager activity: an outgoing message typically uses one credit, and bigger AI Manager tasks use more. Top-ups are RM0.12 per credit, excluding SST. Meta's own WhatsApp fees are separate, billed per message by template category.

Do I need to buy AI tokens or choose a model?

No. ABC Sales AI manages the models and tokens for you and folds that cost into your credits. You never have to learn about tokens or pick between changing models. It's as easy as ABC.

Why are some plans annual?

Guided Launch is annual because it includes a year of the platform subscription with included credits, setup, and handover, and it renews annually. Serious Scale Plan is a one-time installation, scoped and billed separately on top of your platform subscription, because the work depends on the business leak, data sources, dashboard, integrations, and team adoption required.
