Most automation lists shrink from ten ideas to one, and the skill of AI transformation is mostly the skill of not building. PROVE asks five honest questions about any idea, ours or yours, and hands you back a verdict and a shortlist you can take into a proposal.

The five questions
- Pain: what is it costing you today?
- Repetition: how often does it happen, and will the build be used again and again?
- Options: is there a simpler fix already?
- Viable: can it be built well with the data you have?
- Effort: knowing what it takes, is it worth it to you?
Why we use it
We will not propose anything unless the pain is real, the task is repetitive, and the return is clearly worth the effort. PROVE is how we say that out loud, with you, instead of deciding it for you.

The filter, in full
What PROVE actually asks
Five questions, each scored 0 to 10, total out of 50, plus an urgency check that decides the order. The words are plain on purpose: an owner should be able to answer every one of them without us in the room.
- 1Pain: what is it costing you today?
- 2Repetition: how often does it happen, and will the build be used again and again?
- 3Options: is there a simpler fix already?
- 4Viable: can it be built well with the data you have?
- 5Effort: knowing what it takes, is it worth it to you?
What your total means
- 25 and below: Don't do it. Not now. The page names what would have to change first.
- 26 to 37: Can do. Worth doing once it is scoped properly. The weakest question is the thing to settle in scoping.
- 38 and above: Do it now, great idea. Build it now.
The urgency check
Urgency is scored 0 to 10 with a reason. Above 5, a Can do moves to the front of the queue. It never rescues a Don't do it: urgent and not ready means fix the blocker first, fast.
