Zapier Lead Forms Integration

This guide covers connecting lead generation tools like ClickFunnels, Facebook Lead Ads, and more to ABC Sales AI using Zapier.

The Official Zapier Integration

Great news! As of July 2025, ABC Sales AI is now an official app on Zapier. Connect over 7,000 apps without complex webhooks!

The process follows Zapier's two-step formula:

1. The Trigger: An event in another app (e.g., new lead submitted)
2. The Action: Sending that lead to ABC Sales AI

Part 1: Set Up Your Trigger

How to Configure

1. In Zapier, click Create Zap
2. Select your lead source app:

- ClickFunnels → \New Contact Activity\

- Facebook Lead Ads → \New Lead\

- Typeform → \New Entry\

- Google Sheets → \New Spreadsheet Row\

1. Connect your account when prompted
2. Configure trigger settings
3. Test your trigger to get sample data

Part 2: Configure the ABC Sales AI Action

Step 2A: Add the Action

1. Click \+\ to add an action step
2. Search for and select ABC Sales AI

Step 2B: Configure Settings

1. Choose Send Lead / Start Automation
2. Sign in with your API Key from \Settings > API Integrations\

Step 2C: Map Your Fields

• Name: → Lead's Full Name
• Email: → Email Address
• Phone: → Phone Number
• Automation Slug ID: → Copy from your automation page (Required)
• Tags: → e.g., "Facebook Lead", "ClickFunnels"
• Source: → e.g., "FB Lead Ad", "Sales Funnel"

Step 2D: Test and Publish

1. Click Test step
2. Verify contact appears in ABC Sales AI
3. Click Publish to activate!
