A new optional AI skill that helps your agent handle objections more effectively:
- First clarifies the objection
- Then reassures and addresses it with the right response
How to enable
1. Go to **AI Agents**
2. Edit your agent (pencil icon)
3. Toggle **Add objection handling & sales skill**
4. Click **Save**
