Auto Top-Up prevents downtime. When your credit balance drops below a threshold you set, the system automatically tops up so your messaging and AI Employee replies continue without interruption.
Why this matters
Previously, when credits ran low (or finished), your AI Employee could stop replying because there were no credits left to send outgoing messages.
Auto Top-Up keeps your account active automatically - especially useful during campaigns or high message-volume periods when a stalled inbox costs you real money.
Where to find it
1. Click your **Profile** (top-right).
2. Go to **Billing & Usage**.
3. Click **Configure Auto Top-Up**.
How to set it up
1. Turn on **Enable Auto Top-Up**.
2. Set your **Balance Threshold** - the credit level at which the system will trigger an automatic top-up.
3. Choose your **Top-Up Amount** - how many credits will be added each time Auto Top-Up triggers.
4. Click **Save**.
Example
- **Balance Threshold:** RM 50
- **Top-Up Amount:** RM 100
When your balance drops below RM 50, the system automatically tops up RM 100. Your AI Employee keeps replying without you having to babysit the credit meter.
