Custom Push Notifications
Never miss a lead. You can now enable fine-grained notification types and choose where to receive them.
Notification types include
- Automation Dispatch Ended
- Billing Alerts
- Lead Appointment Scheduled
- Lead Highlight Requested
- Lead Sent Message
- Leads Created
- Leads Escalation Requested
- Leads Stop Scheduled Messages
- Messaging Channel History Import
- Textract Completed
> Note: Lead Sent Message and Leads Created are OFF by default — enable them manually.
Where to set it up
1. Go to **Profile**
2. Open **Settings**
3. Click the **Notification Preferences** tab
4. Enable the notifications you want (Mobile App or Email)
