Managing a sales team is hard. You have leads coming in from ads, Google Sheets, websites or other places, but assigning them manually takes too much time. Also, you might not want every salesperson to see every customer in your database.

We have released a 3-in-1 upgrade for team management:

1. **Auto-Allocation**: Automatically share leads evenly (Round Robin) or based on seniority.

2. **Lead Isolation**: "Trusted Employees" will only see the customers assigned to them, keeping your data private.

3. **Webhook Assignment**: Tech-savvy users can now assign leads instantly via API/Webhook by specifying the exact agent.

How to Set It Up

Step 1: Set Up User Roles

1. Go to your **Profile** → **Users**

2. Add your sales agents

3. Give them the **"Trusted Employee"** role

4. _Tip_: Hold **Shift** to select multiple roles

Step 2: Turn on Auto-Allocation (Round Robin)

1. Go to **Profile** → **Lead Allocations**

2. Enter a weight number next to each user:

• **Equal Share**: Put 1 for everyone
• **Seniority Share**: Put 10 for senior, 5 for junior (senior gets double)

3. Click **Save**

Step 3: Enable Privacy (Lead Isolation)

1. Go to **Profile** → **Settings**

2. Turn on: **"Isolate assigned leads from standard users"**

3. Click **Save**

4. Trusted Employees will now only see their assigned leads

Step 4: Webhook Integration (For Developers)

• Include the agent's **User ID** in your webhook data payload
• The system will create and instantly assign the lead

Q: Can I use this with Google Sheets?

A: Yes! Leads imported from Google Sheets will be distributed automatically.

Q: What if I don't use "Trusted Employee" role?

A: Standard users might still see all leads. Use Trusted Employee for Lead Isolation to work.
