Our biggest UI update so far. A redesigned Web + Mobile experience built on a new design system, with clearer navigation, a refreshed inbox, easier prompt editing, and a more honest name for what your AI actually does.
New UI for Web and Mobile, Plus AI Agent → AI Employee
New UI for Web and Mobile
This is our biggest UI update so far. We redesigned the Web and Mobile experience from the ground up so daily operations feel cleaner, faster, and easier to navigate.
What changed (important)
- Full UI/UX revamp across Web and Mobile, built on a new design system.
- "AI Agent" has been renamed to **AI Employee** across the product.
- Messaging Channels have moved. Connecting WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram and other channels is now under **Integrations** (no longer in Profile).
- The Inbox has been upgraded with a more comfortable layout, better filters, and clearer lead context.
1) AI Employees (previously AI Agents)
We renamed AI Agent to AI Employee because that is what it behaves like. A 24/7 teammate that follows your instructions and handles conversations on your behalf.
Editing the System Prompt is easier
- **Test Chat** is now a sidebar you can open or close any time. You get more space while editing.
- **Resizable prompt editor** so you can work in a larger writing area.
- **Quick jump menu** (the 3-line button) jumps you to sections in the prompt.
- Sections are detected by square brackets in your prompt, for example `[Call to Action]`. Add your own bracketed headings to create new jump points.
- After any change, remember to click **Save**.
2) Integrations (Messaging Channels moved here)
Previously: Profile → Messaging Channels
Now: Integrations → Add Messaging Channel
Use Integrations to:
- Add new Meta WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram and more.
- Use the **Test Chat** to generate a QR code and test the channel live.
3) Inbox upgrades (Conversations)
What you'll notice:
- The inbox is refreshed for easier scanning and navigation.
- You can quickly see **which AI Employee is replying** in each conversation.
- New and improved filters: Messaging Channels, Assigned Users, plus filters for escalated leads, highlighted leads, and AI conflicts.
- Tag filter via the plus button.
- The lead side panel is clearer: **Notes** (Lead Notes), **Insight** (AI-generated summary), and **Automations** (manually enroll a lead into an automation).
- Conversation controls have been reorganised. For example, excluding messages from AI is now more accessible.
4) Automations, Templates, Leads
No major functional changes in these areas. Continue using them as you do today.
5) Settings reorganised
Open the menu from your profile picture (top-right):
Personal Settings
- Language
- Password
- Notification preferences
- Switch company (if you have multiple companies)
Billing & Usage
- View your credit usage and plan allowance.
Team Settings (renamed / consolidated)
- Invite users
- Lead allocation
- View pending invitations
Company Settings
- Enable / disable AI Employee
- Manage Custom Fields
- Remember to scroll down and click **Save** after changes.
Quick "where do I find it now?" map
- Connect WhatsApp / Messenger / IG → **Integrations**
- Edit System Prompt → **AI Employees**
- Test Chat → AI Employees sidebar (prompt page) or Integrations (channel test QR)
- Invite users / Lead allocation → **Team Settings**
- Enable / Disable AI Employee + Custom Fields → **Company Settings**
