User Role Permissions


This document outlines the permissions for different user roles in the system.




Role Types


The system has the following roles:


  • Admin - Full system access
  • Standard - Most operational capabilities
  • Lead Editor - Limited to lead-related operations
  • Public - Unauthenticated users

Lead Management


  • View Leads: Admin, Standard, Lead Editor
  • Create Leads: Admin, Standard, Lead Editor
  • Delete Leads: Admin, Standard
  • Bulk Delete Leads: Admin, Standard
  • Import/Export Leads: Admin, Standard
  • Assign/Unassign Leads: Admin

Automation Management


  • View Automations: Admin, Standard, Lead Editor
  • Create/Edit Automations: Admin, Standard
  • Delete Automations: Admin, Standard
  • View Messages: Admin, Standard, Lead Editor
  • Manage Messages: Admin, Standard

AI Agent Management


  • View Agents: Admin, Standard, Lead Editor
  • Create/Edit Agents: Admin, Standard
  • Delete Agents: Admin, Standard

Knowledge Base


  • View Documents: Admin, Standard, Lead Editor
  • Manage Documents: Admin, Standard

User & Company Management


  • Manage Users: Admin

Notes


  1. Admin users have full system access and can perform all operations
  2. Standard users have most operational capabilities but cannot manage users or company settings
  3. Lead Editors are limited to lead-related operations and viewing data
  4. Public users can only access specifically designated public endpoints
