The Problem
Previously, when a customer sent a voice message to your AI, your AI would reply with a mute voice. There was no way to customize or change the AI voice that replies to your customers.
The Solution
You can now set up and customize your AI voice! Choose from multiple voice options including male, female, Mexican male, Singaporean, and more. You can set a default AI voice for your entire company and even customize different voices for each messaging channel.
Method 1: Set Default AI Voice in Company Settings
1. Click on your **name** in the top-right corner
2. Select **Settings** from the dropdown menu
3. Look for the **AI Voice** section
4. Browse through the available voice options
5. Click on any voice to **preview** it
6. Select your preferred voice
7. Click **Save** to apply your changes
Method 2: Set Custom AI Voice Per Messaging Channel
1. Go to **Messaging Channels** from your dashboard
2. Click on the specific **messaging channel** you want to customize
3. Look for the **AI Voice** setting within that channel
4. Select a different voice from the dropdown
5. Preview the voice to ensure it is what you want
6. Click **Save**
Tips
- If you do not set a custom AI voice for a messaging channel, the system will use the default voice
- Always test your AI voice after changing it
- Consider using different voices for different channels to match your brand personality
