Instagram Is Now Live!

⚠️ Problem

You have customers asking questions on Instagram, but it is hard to reply to them quickly while managing chats on WhatsApp or Facebook. You might miss messages, or you want your AI agent to handle the replies for you.

✅ Solution

We have added Instagram as a new Messaging Channel. Now, you can connect your Instagram account to ABC Sales AI. This lets you see all Instagram messages in one place, and your AI agent can automatically reply to customers who find you through ads or your profile.

How to Set It Up

Note: You must have an Instagram Professional (Business) account for this to work.

1. Log in to your ABC Sales AI account

2. Go to the top right corner and click on your **Profile**

3. Select **Messaging Channels**

4. Click the **Add Messaging Channel** button

5. Select **Instagram** and click **Start**

6. Click **Connect with Instagram**

7. **Important:** If your account is Personal, you must switch to **Professional Account** (choose "Business")

8. Select your category and click Next

9. Review your contact info

10. Click **Allow** to give ABC Sales AI permission

11. You'll see a "Connected Successfully" message

Tips

• **Professional Account is Mandatory**: This feature will not work with a personal private Instagram profile.
• **Ads & Replies**: Once connected, if you run ads on Instagram, the AI can handle the replies instantly.
