How to Turn On Objection Handling


You can now make your AI agent much better at sales and support! We've added a new "Add objection handling & sales skill" feature.




What It Does


When you turn this on, your AI will be able to listen and understand customer objections (like "it's too expensive"). The AI is trained to:


  1. First clarify the objection so the client feels heard
  2. Then handle the objection and reassure them before offering the next step

This advanced skill is powered by a hidden system prompt that we've developed - it's our "secret sauce" to give your agent powerful sales capabilities with just one click.


> 💡 We do not provide the prompt itself, as it's built directly into the feature.




How to Turn It On


Option A: AI Manager (Recommended)


Just ask AI Manager, for example: "Turn on objection handling for my Sales AI." It enables the skill instantly.


Option B: Manual Setup


  1. Go to the AI Agents tab.
  2. Click the Edit icon (the pencil) on the agent you want to upgrade.
  3. In the pop-up, just turn on the toggle for "Add objection handling & sales skill".
  4. Click Save.

That's it! Your AI agent now has advanced objection handling capabilities.
