Set up Telegram as a messaging channel for your AI-powered customer conversations.

Prerequisites

• Telegram account
• Telegram Bot (created via @BotFather)
• Bot token

Setup Steps

1. Create a Telegram Bot

- Open Telegram and search for @BotFather

- Send /newbot command

- Follow the prompts to name your bot

- Save your bot token

1. Connect to ABC Sales AI

- Go to Settings > Integrations

- Click "Connect Telegram"

- Enter your bot token

- Save and test

1. Configure Your Bot

- Set up welcome messages

- Assign an AI agent

- Configure automation sequences
