WhatsApp API Setup Guide
Connect your WhatsApp Business account to ABC Sales AI and start automating your customer conversations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin:
- Active WhatsApp Business account
- Access to Facebook Business Manager
- Verified phone number
Connection Options
Option 1: WhatsApp API (Unable to Access WhatsApp Business App)
If you don't have access to the WhatsApp Business App on your phone, use this method.
Option 2: WhatsApp Coexistence (Can Access WhatsApp Business App)
Use both WhatsApp Business App and API on the same number. This allows you to continue using the app while the AI handles automated responses.
Setup Steps
- Log into your ABC Sales AI dashboard
- Go to Settings > Integrations
- Click "Connect WhatsApp"
- Follow the Meta Business verification process
- Authorize the connection
- Configure your messaging settings
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues:
- Ensure your phone number is verified
- Check your Facebook Business Manager permissions
