1. Navigate to AI Agents
In the ABC Sales AI app, go to the "AI agents" tab: https://app.abcsalesbot.com/ai-agents

2. Using the AI Template Generator (Custom GPT)
- Visit salesbotsecrets.com/aitemplate to access the custom GPT in ChatGPT (requires a ChatGPT account)
- Click the pre-filled conversation starter button to begin creating your custom AI assistant
- _Example:_ "I want this AI assistant to give reminder for people to join my upcoming training."
- Provide clarification if prompted
3. Provide Context to the AI
- You can upload an FAQ document (Google Doc, PDF) or manually type in information about your business
- If you have a website with the relevant information, you can provide the link and ask the GPT to scrape the info
- _Example:_ "Can you scrape the info from here [your website link] as detailed as possible?"

Tip: If information like date/time is in an image on your website, the AI might not scrape it. You'll need to add it manually to the prompt later.
4. Review and Copy the Generated Prompt
The custom GPT will generate a detailed system prompt based on your input. Review it carefully and, once satisfied, copy the entire prompt.
5. Paste Prompt into ABC Sales AI
Return to the ABC Sales AI app's "AI agents" section. Create a new AI agent and paste your copied system prompt.
6. Personalize with Variables (Optional but Recommended)
Make your AI's responses more personal by embedding variables:
- _Example:_ "You are now talking to \
{{Name}}\. Use their name in your first reply." - The variable \
{{Name}}\will be replaced with the actual lead's name
7. Save Your AI Agent
8. Test and Tweak
- Use the testing chatbox within the AI agent's settings
- Ask it questions as if you were a customer
- If you don't like a response, identify which part of the system prompt needs more detail
- Edit the prompt, save, and test again
- The goal is to refine the AI to a 9 or 10 out of 10 performance
