1. Create Follow-Up Sequences
There are two ways to create your follow-up message sequences.
Option A: AI Manager (Recommended)
Describe your business and follow-up strategy to AI Manager inside ABC Sales AI. It drafts the full sequence, creates the templates with the correct variables, and wires them into an automation for you. No external tools needed.
Option B: Industry-Specific Custom GPTs
ABC Sales AI offers custom GPTs that generate follow-up message sequences for different industries:

Simply click the link that matches your business type. The steps below walk you through the custom GPT path.
2. Provide Context to the GPT
- Share your business materials (SOPs, brochures, landing pages) or describe your business
- The GPT analyzes your audience's pain points, desires, emotional triggers, and potential objections to craft effective messages
3. Generate Follow-Up Sequences
The GPT creates tailored message sequences with:
- Clear purpose for each message (addressing objections, creating urgency)
- Recommended timing for the sequence
4. Implement in ABC Sales AI
(If you used AI Manager in Option A, it creates the templates and automation for you, so you can skip straight to reviewing and approving them.)
- Copy your generated messages
- Navigate to the "Templates" tab
- Create new templates using variables (\
{{1}}\, \{{2}}\) for dynamic content like names, dates, and links - Use variables for frequently changing information
- Submit for approval
5. Schedule in Automation
- After template approval, go to "Automation"
- Create or modify an automation
- Add templates as sequence steps with appropriate delays (e.g., "1 day after previous message")
6. Global Default Automation (Highly Recommended)
Set an automation as your "Global Default":
- Go to "Automation" tab → click three dots → "Edit" → check "Global Default" → save
