Guide to the New UI (Web + Mobile)
The Web and Mobile apps were redesigned from the ground up on a new design system foundation to feel cleaner, faster, and easier for day-to-day operations. This guide shows you what changed and where to find everything.
New UI Walkthrough
What Changed (Important)
- Full UI/UX revamp (Web + Mobile) on a new design system foundation
- AI Agent is now called AI Employee across the product
- Messaging Channels moved: connecting WhatsApp, Messenger, or Instagram is now under Integrations (not Profile)
- Inbox upgraded with a more comfortable layout, better filters, and clearer lead context
1. AI Employees (Previously AI Agents)
New Name: AI Employee
"AI Agent" has been renamed to AI Employee because it behaves like a 24/7 teammate that follows your instructions and helps handle conversations.
Editing the System Prompt Is Easier
- Test Chat is now a sidebar: open or close it anytime so you have more space while editing
- Resizable prompt editor: work on a larger writing area
- Quick jump menu (3-line button): jumps you to sections in the prompt
- Section detection: sections are detected by square brackets in your prompt (e.g.
[Call to Action]). Add your own bracketed headings to create new jump points
2. Integrations (Messaging Channels Moved Here)
- Previously: Profile, then Messaging Channels
- Now: Integrations, then Add Messaging Channel
Use Integrations to:
- Add new Meta WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and other channels
- Use Test Chat to generate a QR code and test the channel live
3. Inbox Upgrades (Conversations)
What you'll notice:
- The inbox design is refreshed for easier scanning and navigation
- You can quickly see which AI Employee is replying in each conversation
New and improved filters:
- Messaging Channels: filter conversations by channel
- Assigned Users: filter by who a conversation is assigned to
- Other filters: escalated, highlighted, AI conflicts, and more
- Tag filter: add via the plus button
The lead side panel content is clearer:
- Notes: Lead Notes
- Insight: AI-generated summary of the lead
- Automations: manually enroll a lead into automations
Conversation controls have been reorganized. For example, excluding messages from AI is now more accessible.
4. Automations, Templates, Leads
These areas have no major functional changes. You can continue using them as usual.
