1. Access WhatsApp Manager

Open WhatsApp Manager phone numbers in Meta Business Suite to access your connected phone numbers

2. Select Your Number

Locate your connected phone number

3. Check Quality Rating

Review your quality rating (High, Medium, Low). Lower ratings may lead to restrictions.

4. Access Profile Settings

Click the settings icon or phone number, then find the "Profile" section

5. Upload Profile Picture

Add your business logo or relevant image

6. Add Business Description

• Write 1-2 clear sentences describing what your business offers, who you help, and your main service area
• Copy and paste the description into WhatsApp Manager
• Customize it with your company details before saving

7. Complete Business Information

Enter your business address, email, and website

8. Save Changes

Your updated profile will now be visible to anyone viewing your WhatsApp business account
