1. Save Your Connected Number
Add the WhatsApp number from Step 4 to your personal phone's contacts.
2. Send a Test Message
Send "Hi" from your _personal_ WhatsApp account to your connected business WhatsApp number.
3. Check the ABC Sales AI Inbox
- Open the "Inbox" tab in ABC Sales AI
- Watch your test conversation appear and your default AI agent respond

- Lead Highlight: Set up manager notifications for key events like secured appointments
Escalation to Human
- AI switches off automatically when leads request human support
- Receive notifications for manual handling via email (admins only)
- Chats are clearly tagged as "Escalated by AI"
- Reactivate AI support after human interaction by pressing the turn on/off toggle on the chat
